There is nothing to like about that Company.

Dislikes

One of the 3rd class Company in Pune. There is no job security, No Respect for employee and there work also very much politics in office. Payment and Expenses issue every time. No one engg. Has work more time(Max 3-4 month) with that Company. No training for employee. 4 Experienced Engg. Left the company in last 6 month but they don't cares.

Honestly, I doesn’t like anything here. Company owner doesn’t care about any employee. Indirect Dictatorship is good word to describe the behaviour of upper management.

Dislikes

There should be minus scaling for this company. It will do definitely top in the minus ranking. Not recommended to new joiners at all.

n-GEn, is the best company for freshers, many ways to develop skills in project, sales, etc. Good culture, best CEO, policies are best at their level. It's like working in small MNC, good management. Overall one of the best organization.
