They terminate staffs without second thought and abruptly, i experienced such thing. Also workers are getting very low salary compare to any place of Tamil Nadu, because its a well backward district based only on job opportunity. Not possible doing own business like other district in Tamil Nadu. Utilise that extract high work from ladies and provide low salary, very sad. Also workers work for low salary, because no other opportunity, even they leave job wait for two or three moths, but not getting other opportunity ,rejoin there. In Tuticorin omly two grade of people one is OWNER and other one is WORKER, no other chance there. No business, no agriculture , but only industries and fishing.

No single owner , group of owner, extract work well from workers and they earn well, but there actual HO is Kerala. Work place Owner is a very nice man.
