There are around 100 pseudo bosses under 1 boss.. If you are under right boss, you can shine like a star with hardwork and dedication.. If not, your life and future will be miserable. Payment is surely on time but salaries are very low .. You get a free hand to work and can learn alot ..

Dislikes

Company politics and management is worst. People are working since 30 years and they won't like any new face coming coz you might take their place. Owner has given partnership to many of his old employees. shoe licking is must if you want a growth. There is no proper management or HR or any employee based policies.

Likes

The flexibility of the workflow. There are different levels in work ranking and the company has deployed many people so there is a reduced workload. More so the community around benefits because there is improved infrastructure. Transportation has been made easy. Last but not least, small traders have a chance to do business because of the increased population in the area. Due to industrialization, landowners have built houses for business and also for residential purposes. Security is improved there Is a police post nearby.

Dislikes

The company produces too much noise. There is air pollution due to smoke that is produced by machines. When people stay together, there is environmental issues

Employment is very good and sporting all engineer is Good

They din't inform before the Project end They dint give warning that the Project is end so we can't able to find another job and during lockdown this is 4th month I'm at home who is responsible for that

I was never contacted by HO because I was appointed at site location and interview also conducted at site.The company is very good later, I see the MD of the company.

The most of the bad part of the company has a PM at site located L&T Mahape,the name of the PM was Shekhar Bait who is really illiterate and bad and as well as in-charge name is Tawde.They selling site material.
