Nothing good about Myzeal IT solutions

Dislikes

Over all experience with myzeal it solutions was very bad. No any scope of skills development and learning. You can not balance your work and life in this company. No any kind of facility provided by the company. IT employees fully involved in office politics and gossip. There is no job security in this company. No any kind of opportunity and career growth in this company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
