Nothing, right from your compensation to the appraisal process, work life balance and culture, everything is complicated and political in nature. It's a owner driven company and nothing is professionally run, it's worst than a baniya company, there is no meaning of process, HR or policies everything changes according to the convenience of the management. They are the most corrupt.

The company is open to innovation and deadly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location

The work culture is very bad. There are no opportunities for growth and the management is terrible. There are high politics where that will hinder your growth and learning not a good place to work. There are many instances where people are asked to leave on the same day.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
