Hired for some role and gives you work that is not according to your skills. HR, TL and management don't care for that as well. Always make false promises. Ultimately you have to leave very early as your skills are gonna jeopardize and will suffer a lot in future. If you are really passionate to enhance your skills then don't join this company and if you just want to earn money in a easy way by doing any kind of work or sitting idle then you should.

For that, they need support, but it's practically impossible to get. Meanwhile, those with talent have already made the smart move to leave. the rest are just resting in their comfort zones, and have delulu.
