Dislikes

Hired for some role and gives you work that is not according to your skills. HR, TL and management don't care for that as well. Always make false promises. Ultimately you have to leave very early as your skills are gonna jeopardize and will suffer a lot in future. If you are really passionate to enhance your skills then don't join this company and if you just want to earn money in a easy way by doing any kind of work or sitting idle then you should.

The company feels like "jal bin machhli". they're "chapating" to get more business by trying new things and adopting new technology, but the problem lies in the execution. For that, they need support, but it's practically impossible to get. Without a doubt, you could say RIP to growth, equality in any dimension of corporate life, healthy culture, and job satisfaction. the foundation is zero, and people who are just employees at the top level are more keen on making it work even though they aren't stakeholder. Meanwhile, those with talent have already made the smart move to leave. the rest are just resting in their comfort zones, and have delulu. As old saying goes, anyone can run business, but to make it flourish, expand and grow - that's not everyone's cup of chai.
