One of the best tech startup based in Thane. The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions. I got plenty of new things to learn from my colleagues especially in design domain. There are lots of opportunities for growth at MyrsaTech. Advantage of working with MyrsaTech is the leaders are very supportive and organisations is continuously equipped with diverse folio of projects and clients which made me work of various interesting projects. MyrsaTech has played a very vital in my career development

Overall had a good time, got to learn a lot and management along with founders was quite accessible because of which the learning curve shoots up for freshers. The projects assigned were quite good and there was no office politics involved and each person was assigned work as per their capabilities. The work timings were quite flexible and actual work was given importance over unnecessary formalities.

Dislikes

Work-life balance and compensations can be improved.
