1-There is huge difference in terms of Pay parity at same designation with same experience people will see a difference of 3-5L difference in CTC 2-Work life balance is bad. Company doesn’t hire as per requirements certain teams will have additional manpower of 2-3 people and certain team will have only 2-3 people to handle whole brand. That leads to a lot of work pressures.

...d entertainment. The teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good,and good salary hike and bonus every year.

I had very good experience at Myntra. Teammates are very helpful in all things, they are coming from different cultures but we are working as team. Training is always fundamental part in every company. New things easily adopted, So always training given by Seniors in different ways which help at workplace for smoothly work. In every step at workplace learning with new technology & innovation by Seniors. Work invoirment is always cool & favourable.​ I was very happy that I am part of Myntra company.

...o I have to attend clients calls in the evening And sometime late into night. Compensation is good, but growth is very slow.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 - 15hours even Sundays also to work straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive application emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes

They pay all amounts for any kind of accident for a stuff. It is very easy process to learning about logistic company's work. Job security is very strong and u can also ur career growth this line..PF and ESI facility available here.
