...k environment and culture.All senior are supportive and management is also good. There is policy is also good and they give the salary on time.

Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow. Company taken the employee on off role not even taken on pay roll.

It is hectic and comes with very high expectations. So the learning and rewards are also high.and Good culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Senoiur was not good job timing was not fix 10 hour was compelsery but they have 11 hour working and senoiur was not good communication to the worker

The compensation structure is very clear. And HR communications are well structured.

Dislikes

The maternity policy is very good only on papers. Once the maternity period is over, you are removed from your present team, & not even informed or called back at office, & when you do go back & check for the situation, they allot you a job below your qualification & asked to report to juniors with 5 years less experience/ qualification, so that you yourself resign.
