As i am enjoying my work with mynd solutions and i have learnt a lot of skills and achievements,e.g. P2P, O2C,MIS Reporting, GL reconciliation, bank reconciliation, TDS reconciliation, The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality process and has a global client base.

Dislikes

compensation is decent , but growth is average.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night.I do received appreciation mail emails from my client but they mostly go un noticed during my mid year appraisals.

Job Securities is there. No one will bothers. Yours self skills will improve.

Dislikes

no team outings, Fun activities, Team bonus, somedays you have to work on weekends and more than your shift time and you will not get any OT for the same.

...knowledge. Lack of accounting knowledge. No proper training for all processes. Very less salary. Minimum salary for employee should be Rs. 25000-28000 CTC but they pay Ra. 15000 CTC and Rs. 12000 in hand which makes it difficult for me and rest of the employees to survive in such a big city with minimal wage and moreover they come from distanced state to work here and finds it difficult to adjust. Many employee have had left the job as they pay very less salary and make them work more than they are being paid. Salary shouldn't be based on Qualifications. It should be based on knowledge. And how you implement the knowledge practically.

This is the good company for starting a professional career but there is no grow opportunity.

Working culture is too bad and management of the company is Totally terrible. They treat their employees as a labour and not provide any compensation and non monetary benefits to employees.

I literally saying this company is not good because there are not any job security and every time this company create pressure on own employee and mentally torcher also, my experience of 3 years were very bad and this company management are also ignoring employee favors benefits and I would suggest nobody join this company for their growth purpose.
