This is the good company for starting a professional career but there is no grow opportunity.

Working culture is too bad and management of the company is Totally terrible. They treat their employees as a labour and not provide any compensation and non monetary benefits to employees.

I literally saying this company is not good because there are not any job security and every time this company create pressure on own employee and mentally torcher also, my experience of 3 years were very bad and this company management are also ignoring employee favors benefits and I would suggest nobody join this company for their growth purpose.

Theybhave given wfh very late. Apart from that they dont reimburse our money on time everything has to be managed bybour self's managers are also not supportive they just think about themselves whenever they needed our support we were there but when we needed their supports they just back step. Team leads are also hopeless they don't have any proper knowledge.

Less pay, no increment, no overtime, lack of management skills, no personal and professional growth.

The company is open for who wants to prepare as a pressure handler so i would suggest this company, I think one of the best company in India second thing which I like here relation & Co- ordination between employee & higher management is excellent. Another point you can see & meet with different culture colleagues. I love employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strength, which is why I have take back my suggestions most of my times. Appreciation from client but appraisal is very low.
