Theybhave given wfh very late. Apart from that they dont reimburse our money on time everything has to be managed bybour self's managers are also not supportive they just think about themselves whenever they needed our support we were there but when we needed their supports they just back step. Team leads are also hopeless they don't have any proper knowledge.

Dislikes

Less pay, no increment, no overtime, lack of management skills, no personal and professional growth.

Likes

It provides learning opportunities, but work culture, salary compensation is poor. Management never appraise hard workers. Long hours shift with sometimes Sundays working, it is really difficult to work but can be a good platform for a fresher to work and learn here.

Dislikes

Management, work culture, employee policies and everything is absurd. Performance appraisal policies is too bad and does not stand at par with market. Total absence of training and development.

Nothing to like, wants to be a big company, operates like a family owned grocers.

Dislikes

No structure or processes in place. Difference in standards of compensation. Politics of people at the top, deciding who gets what. Extremely slow/no response to grievances.

Job Securities is there. No one will bothers. Yours self skills will improve.

Dislikes

no team outings, Fun activities, Team bonus, somedays you have to work on weekends and more than your shift time and you will not get any OT for the same.

Management is bother for their high package salary to be credited. No1 is business driven. Company doesnt want to get upgraded and torture lower level staff beacuse of companies management incability
