Nothing to like, wants to be a big company, operates like a family owned grocers.

Dislikes

No structure or processes in place. Difference in standards of compensation. Politics of people at the top, deciding who gets what. Extremely slow/no response to grievances.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. Overall excellent experience with company in last 7 years.

...knowledge. Lack of accounting knowledge. No proper training for all processes. Very less salary. Minimum salary for employee should be Rs. 25000-28000 CTC but they pay Ra. 15000 CTC and Rs. 12000 in hand which makes it difficult for me and rest of the employees to survive in such a big city with minimal wage and moreover they come from distanced state to work here and finds it difficult to adjust. Many employee have had left the job as they pay very less salary and make them work more than they are being paid. Salary shouldn't be based on Qualifications. It should be based on knowledge. And how you implement the knowledge practically.

Very less career growth for employee , Mynd team should worked on that..no employee rewards and bonus/incentive..must be focused on it..

Bad politics..very bad salary appraisal..People are putting paper for resigned regularly but still management, did't think about this..why employees are living and even they did not try stop them.

This is the good company for starting a professional career but there is no grow opportunity.

Dislikes

Working culture is too bad and management of the company is Totally terrible. They treat their employees as a labour and not provide any compensation and non monetary benefits to employees.
