Apart from that they dont reimburse our money on time everything has to be managed bybour self's managers are also not supportive they just think about themselves whenever they needed our support we were there but when we needed their supports they just back step. Team leads are also hopeless they don't have any proper knowledge.

Less pay, no increment, no overtime, lack of management skills, no personal and professional growth.

Company focus on money making. They harrase their own employees. Please do not work in such organisation. company is also black listed due to his services

Please don't waste your lifes precious time in this company. They will charge access medical policy charge from your salary. Details are not properly maintained in system. 3rd class treatment to their employees

Nothing to like, wants to be a big company, operates like a family owned grocers.

No structure or processes in place. Difference in standards of compensation. Politics of people at the top, deciding who gets what. Extremely slow/no response to grievances.

no team outings, Fun activities, Team bonus, somedays you have to work on weekends and more than your shift time and you will not get any OT for the same.
