Mynd is the best place to learn and get equipped, from the junior level to the Leadership mangement, pay is average but 100% job security. Has lots of scope & opertunity to work & learn in various projects and domain as well. There is no much gap between the higher Management and the Executive, clear visibility and open culture. Good place to work.

It is like a small CA Firm if i talk about work culture and opportunities. They hide many thing. So before joing ask questions to clear yourself or i suggest not to join.

No support. They wouldn't support their employees. No benfit. Even they deduct a major part of your salary and wouldn't pay it back to you.

Job is secure. Working at client's place has no work life balance. Salary is good and as per industry norms.

Hr doesn't hold any power. As manger is jstt free to do anything with the employee whether to disrespect or misbehave with them. And they jstt give job to unemployed youth and after 3 mnth taking reference amount jstt ask them to leave the company.

Flexible working that's the only one good thing If your manager is good then you will be lucky get good amount of WFH and leaves if I have a option to give -negative points so will definitely give that.

Dislikes

If you get bad manager then your life becomes hell and nobody will save you just have the only option to leave the company. No good increment, no good promotion, no benefit to being a loyalty employee. You join this company when you not have any other option. Otherwise make it last option
