It is like a small CA Firm if i talk about work culture and opportunities. They hide many thing. So before joing ask questions to clear yourself or i suggest not to join.

Dislikes

No support. They wouldn't support their employees. No benfit. Even they deduct a major part of your salary and wouldn't pay it back to you.

Mynd is the best place to learn and get equipped, from the junior level to the Leadership mangement, pay is average but 100% job security. Has lots of scope & opertunity to work & learn in various projects and domain as well. There is no much gap between the higher Management and the Executive, clear visibility and open culture.
