...y as they removed most of the employees when corona got started in March-2020,..Remaining Employees were getting only 50% salary till the year end. The management Always like buttering employees, There is no HR policy against management.

Joined on Jan 2020 and not getting salary in same month due to paper work and in next month Feb given target not achieved so company given 1 1/2 month salary from 2 months total. Next month due to covid 19, everything is locked down so again same situation. Target not achieved so company given 58% of the offered salary. In April company given 43% of salary. In may company stopped my salary. Now I am working in company without salary. This is the way company is supporting me in critical situation.

At the time of interview, I was told that first three month i will get complete salary from the admin. But never received. I left icici bank for this company that was my mistake I found. Due to covid and less salary, I am loosing my credit report which was 810 before.

However, after a year, they simply deny it, claiming they never made such a promise. Even if you try to show evidence, they avoid putting such promises in your offer letter or any official email. There’s absolutely zero scope to try or experiment with new ideas. If you do, you’re expected to succeed on the first try, with no room for course correction. The work-life balance is non-existent. The leave policy is the worst—6-day working weeks with 9-hour days. You only get 2 holidays a year: one for Diwali and another for Holi. They’re extremely reluctant to grant leaves. Even if you’re sick, they’ll ask you to work from home. They randomly change your KRAs at any time. If you fail to achieve your target in a single month, you’re at risk of losing your job, regardless of your past performance. Your previous achievements are completely disregarded.
