The salary was decent and on time

The senior manager I was under was toxic , never appreciates good work , compares employees amongst each other that promotes unhealthy competition , gives unrealistic goals to achieve, sends female employees to far away places even when it isn't their job to do , changes roles and responsibilities every month/week which results in lack to pre planning and good results . Planning needs to be done properly. He denies 2nd and 4th sat off which is a holiday for all the employees including him.

Worst management , no worklife balance , fraud manager and BD team , use of abusive language and personal comment is their day-to-day routine , this company is just a office politics hub , they expect us to use your own personal laptop for office use , unrealistic sales target

Only reason I am giving one ⭐ due to marriage I have taken leaves for leave extension I informed to zaheer but forgot to inform Manager due to post wedding works For that they absconded ....I have joined on June 17th 2022 and till March 2023 I didn't taken any leaves though also they terminated without intimation only they send termination mail

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent and easily accessible. Opportunity to work on new things and learn. Work related ideas and suggestions are heard and implemented. Free of cost home cooked lunch is provided.

Would like more if all saturdays are off instead of only 2nd and 4th.

Very good environment and actually this was my first job and to be frank i learnt how to deal with different kind of people.

Dislikes

Only drawback is that the CEO Mr. Varun he gets angry very frequently and he believes in everything when the couple rats says.
