Employee co-operation, frienldy behaviour of senior person. No one Sir or Ma'am here.

Dislikes

Lots of things..... I can just write a novel on it.. work pressure, politics, ego issues of senior, no faire compensation, senior interference in private life, no progress, shift stretching, weekend work... Senior threats us.. no log out time.

Likes

I like very few things about MHM like if you are enthusiastic to celebrate the festivals, then it gives you the opportunity to celebrate those with office mates (as holiday is rarely granted because of team's leave threshold.

Dislikes

Many things - Work should be completed on time, but compensation isn't fair. Extra hours are not compensated. - If you are too showy, only then your work will be valued. - No matter how good you are at work, if your leader isn't satisfied, you end up getting nothing. - Personal life is no where. It's work and only work.

1.This is not for person who has done law nothing related to law here ,if you have pursued law don't join. 2. one min late log in is not permitted. 3. No Indian holidays even 26 Jan 15 aug 4. Fixed break timings one min break increase not permitted 5. Micro Management. 6. Can't take leaves even you have leave balance.

I dislike the uneven working hrs... sat sun are off but need to work more hrs on mondays and need to change the log out time when ik changes clock but no log in time will be changed.... so it will take extra grs when uk changes clock we don't get any time changing schedule... log out time is not fixed daily though they won't allow a minute late to log in... too many pressure of maintaining daily report ...

The main thing is pressure of each and every second there . Secondly the stretching, people every day need to come early and late logout, and they doesn't even give overtime for the same ,so it's terrible. Growth is also slow. I can handle pressure if it is only for my working hours but not for extra hours. They don't allow 1 second of late login and on other side they are ok with our late logout of hours. They don't care whatever is our health condition if you are not admited in hospital you need to come to office,so basically very difficult to take leave even if I have leave balance. I just need to do adjust according them
