Nothing to like about the organisation. You have to be available 24*7. They force the employees to be available in the office 10 hours and you have to be available after the office hours. So availability will be 24*7. You can't take leaves.

24*7 availablity with limited salary and no hike at all.

Good place to learn or start your career. Salary on time.

No work flexibility. No motivation They plant mango tree and expect apples out of it. Poor at skill assesment. No employee friendly. Have seen people kicked out for tiny matters. Zero utilization of the available talent. Management is happy with in themselves. You can survive, if you can keep management happy.

The work culture is absolutely amazing! Everyone in the office is so professional. Wonderful staff, managers are very friendly and kind. Most importantly they are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. I really enjoying working with My Healthcare :-)

Location of Company The Circle Office is good and also Friday night party at the office provided by The Circle. The CEO is a Nice person but the Managers Team is too poor.No leadership quality

No Job Security/No Job satisfaction/They Hired you for a Manager position, You have to work alone there is no team to give you to Handle. Process Issue is also there. Juniors are handling the project and managers are assisting them. This is the culture of Myhealthcare and favouritism is also there. If you are very good at Buttering then you can survive.
