No proper training will be provided neither the management is cooperative at all, they don't even provide any salary slips. In terms of process its total chaos from top to bottom. Even the client is start up so they don't know anything about how to deal with their subordinates.

It is one of the worst companies that has a tie-up with the Magicpin. It is like a third party that provides the customer service for the Magicpin. The manager working in MFS is Nagendaran who treats fellow employees as his slave and treats them badly in front of other agents. The HR is irresponsible don't have the basic courtesy to look after the employee's needs and issues. Overall a bad company and companies like these should never exist and also their website is useless from which you can understand the company's culture. Payscale is way too bad and you will not get any leave and they will provide you target and if you do not achieve the daily target you will not be allowed to logout for the day.No breaks provided.

It is stupid organisation run by uneducated and incompetent people who don’t understand anything. Employees are asked to beg customers for positive ratings. They don’t pay the employees and when asked they’ll make some stupid guidelines. The manager and team leaders are so incompetent and they really don’t care about anything other than fake ratings.
