As an early stage start-up trying to change how students choose their main stream Education, the company is looking at a very challenging but equally rewarding market. The team is nimble, with every single member contributing towards the growth of the company. The one thing that I personally found very much appreciable is the strong sense of ethics that runs through the management. And the founder is a grounded individual with a passion and vision for the endeavor. This I'd say, isn't a company that runs on baseless evaluations but trying to be built on a strong foundation lead by actual numbers. And the incentive structure is crazy!

Dislikes

With a team of relatively higher number of freshers, getting complex tasks done can often be quite a struggle. But I personally still believe that those are also avenues for learning.
