Unprofessional behaviour of some people were tolerated . Unprofessional handling of salary payments . Selected employees received preferential treatment , creating a sense of unfair . Poor communicate : communication only between their friends group within the board and make employees in the dark.

There is nothing to mention as a good point. The most worst, toxic environment ever seen. Have worked in many other places but this place sucks.

...e you work like an idiot in the name of training without any salary for a month. Won't even discuss salary package. But the worst part is you have to get your 4 evaluation done by a month (which lies on their hands of respective department heads). It will be done if you are a person who does everything of their favor otherwise they won't appoint you saying the performance is not better and extend the training just to make you work more without salary. Everything is their internal politics there. They will provide you salary only after you get appointed where the training stipend(around 5000) along with the salary will be credited only after 2 months. Salary packages are also very low. Its a number one scam company who makes employee work like a machine and provides very less salary. 3. Trainees/interns are not treated the same way they would treat an permanent employee. The permanent employees would be having more privilege to everything. They don't even provide ID cards to interns. It's such a waste of time. Please don't join if you really want to grow in career as there is no growth in that company.

It is the perfect place to learn and grow, both professionally and personally. What someone expects from a job is highly subjective, but for me, this role perfectly aligns with my aspirations. The opportunities, challenges and environment here have exceeded my expectations, and I feel truly fortunate to be part of such a supportive and dynamic team.

There is nothing specific to mention. However, as a growing brand with diverse team, it's natural that not everything can be perfect. The team's openness to feedback and constructive criticism ensures continuous improvement and positive work environment.
