I am sorry to say this but the management is toxic, there is no dignity of labour, for minor mistakes my colleagues were humiliated badly before everyone in the meeting, it might differ from place to place, my perspective is only on behalf of my Indian counterparts, we all left together one by one as we could not tolerate it. Also they showed a different picture of monetary benefits while joining and later paid us very less. I use to have 5 hour continuous classes, with different students, one hour each, my manager would pressurise that every class should be 59 minutes, one minute to jump from one call to another, when I said what if I had to go to washroom, she said you should manage somehow but your class should be 59 minutes each, even if the recorded time was 58 minutes they would call out names and give warnings, it was so stressful and I felt so anxious throughout my 6 months of working at Myconnecting.

The worst part about this company is the torture given Thierry Delahye. Absolute nutcase and Rayna Davey the team leader - They have zero ethics
