Salary & incentive are good. Ceo level decision was good, continue updation of software, backend support, continue hiring of required staff. Software is customer friendly.

Management is worste. National Head, Zonal Head, State Head, City Head, have no work just to eat executive Head. One after another they will call and ask target target target. No support, no guidance, no issues solve from senior.
