...ffice because the HR behaves like the owner as asks not to talk with each other. She doesn’t do anything expect from Friday parties and doesn’t even know how to make a salary slip. Very rude. Too Kuch politics. Can’t cut birthday cake because the other department gets angry. Tip - start focusing on things that actually matters and not such small things. You are building a company not a school.

- Stories which are told when you are about to join. - First day always good and rosy.

... abrupt tasks given with no head and tail and expectation is immediate delivery. - Salary and designation, no link. - Policies are a mockery. - No clarity about casual leaves/emergency leaves - If one takes leave and wants more then employee is asked to leave. - Notice period in probation - Again a joke - 3 months notice for permanent employee, however only only one month /zero if company asks to leave - What a joke (hope someone from HR fraternity raised this) - Company HR is also clueless.

The work culture here is very smooth, back support is there. Good salary and promotion is there. The people are very friendly and supportive and found that their old employees are working since 7-8 years in this organisation with full satisfaction.

I do not like the white walls of the company, I want something colorful & attractive.

Only thing that is positive is you feel is you have a office to go and sit. Would not recommend anyone to join the company

Dislikes

The management is worst, HR is horrible only knows the hiring process apart from that no knowledge she has of tax benefits tax deductions. They use the policy of hire and fire. No assistance provided for business development.
