I was satisfied my job with good atmosphere.As a new technology plant it gives very good knowledge for me.I am proud of me as a joining with my home family. To improve my knowledge management has conducted group discussion meetings with service engineers. So, I am thank full to my home management for giving this good opportunity.

Work environment and company culture is good. Company policies are good, they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Salery is good but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3years for employees who will starts the career. No proper orientation program for new joinees.

A good company if you wants to spend time with your family.Work pressure is low.

Lots of Politics.If your boss is happy you will find growth or else no growth.Same position different salary.No value for people love their job.HR department has no role in this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.
