Only.good for senior level staff with already good salary. For junior it's not appropriate to work because of low salaries and very less increments. Politics based on caste and references will destroy the mental peace.

All came here to know about salary. Let me explain My Home Group gives salary at end day of the month, it won't delay at a single time. My home company provided less work time and full payment at the time of lockdown. Company made the rule mandatory to all there employees to use mask and keep the hand sanitizer ( company provides sanitizer to there employees). Company arranged buses to there staffs and contractors , labourers also.

1. To work in My Home Constructions you should have to very big reference. 2. According to position salary is less.

Overall experience is good about this company who are not expecting pressure and salary benefits they would prefer this company otherwise it's waste of time. I want tell you one more thing there is no growth as SAP Consultant and it will go like a smooth journey.

Salary benefits are not upto the mark in IT field in our company and insurance policy is also not good because it not include your family members and main thing is Saturday is working day expect second Saturday.

I like the work timings i.e 9.30-6pm which is rare in other construction sites. I like the training sessions which I they conduct for skill development.

Salary is not at par with the market. There are some internal politics which disturbs the work equilibrium.

More work, Low Salary, Referrals will get more benefits like promotions and mid term Hikes. People don't have any kind of referral will not get any mid term hike for their work they will remain same as at the time they joined.
