Working at so called my haul store is a challenging experience due to the prevalent culture of dirty politics, favouritism, Toadyism, biased decision making and overall toxic environment. The management’s lack of professionalism and literacy in handling employees matters was disappointing. The company’s culture thrives on favouritism where promotions and opportunities were often based on personal relationships rather than merit. This created a sense of unfairness and de motivation among hard working employees who felt sidelined. To make matters worse the decision making process were biased and lacked transparency. Important decision seemed arbitrary and driven by personal agendas rather than the best interest of the company or its employees. Additionally the overall environment was so toxic with gossip, backstabbing, and a lack of respect for diverse opinions being the norm . This made it challenging to work collaboratively and foster a sense of teamwork.

The management should focus more on business than their ego. Should say that the work culture is something beyond toxic. Package and growth opportunities are based on the relationship and terms with the people are in the good ones list of the management. Management should reconsider the the way they treat their employees and give less gyan.
