Nothing to like about this pathetic organisation

...nd never used to pay salaries on time. At times people tend to left without pay. My own salary along with the colleagues used to be delayed for 3 months normally. After putting formal resignation for the the reason they didn't pay my 5 months salary. Owner is abusive will the female staff as well.

Very unsatisfactory management too much internal politics is there which hamper workflow and motivation among employees. There employees are 10. No career growth is there as company don't have budget for any things. I am as a advertiser they are do negative marketing when I say NO company manager say who are you! That's pathetic..

...pointed by management. Don't sign any where if going to this start-up company. Not provide salary I don't get of more than 1 Month.
