Every thing, not supporting team members, salary is not good even they not giving basic salary and the job for which they hire you not giving to a different profile, and no one here will understand your issue.

Likes

The Design Team bonding is strong. That's the only thing I like.

Dislikes

There are no perks & benefits, No Team Outing, No team lunch, No bonus, No Medi-claim, and No Festival Celebration In the design team, there is no head of design so every department head gives an opinion on designs, whereas they don't have design sense & knowledge. Having a lack of knowledge of the project managers. they find it difficult to share proper feedback with the designers.

Likes

One of the aspects I truly enjoy about working at MDA, is the vibrant work environment. Additionally, the collaborative nature if the teams at MDA is remarkable. There is strong sense of camaraderie among employees and everyone is willing to lend a helping hand.

Dislikes

Recognition & Rewards - Though there are opportunities for professional growth, it would be beneficial to further emphasize recognition & rewards for good performance.

Likes

The work culture is satisfactory, The Director, Mr. Pranesh Krishnamurthy is a kind, humble person although driven by greed.

Dislikes

I was told quite a few deceiving things to lure me into working and joining at the earliest, I was then pushed over by the politics of the firm, the wife of the director, Ojaswini is always trying to interfere in the work without any knowledge which is absolutely unprofessional. I would a healthy work life balance instead of overworking and false promising your employees.
