Mwt technology having worst digital marketing department only one Seo Manager Who is having zero knowledge of paid campaigns handling team and expanding his team by hiring his known female friends as a fresher , because fresher will not be able to question him. Worst culture, no growth, no job security please never join digital marketing team.

Company is using outdated technology. No employee benefit , No job security, no career growth, pathetic compensation benefits, also doesn't provide health insurance. One of the Top level manager is leading the entire team who does not have much knowledge in anything. He is good at discriminating certain category staff by bullying, belittling them for their effort and discourage them with his non-professional way of talk and smile.

You cannot find any specific work culture , security , management skills and policies because everything is handled by a unskilled and an old man ( Operations Director) who does not have any idea about anything. He is at the Top level just because of his friendship with the chairman. He is the only person who spoils company goodwill. His aim is protect himself from all sort of harm that could have been affected.

Dislikes

The Operations Director is demotivating all staff at the time of their appraisal for not to ask salary hike. All the company policies significates that there should not be favourism, no Racism, no Bullying staff, no Belittling etc, but MWT group of companies is doing all the above don't dos. He is not maintaining anything properly , his managing power is big Zero. They will create big story of Job descriptions just for a sake of their temporary need , later for his interest he will change the JD based on his interest. No staff works here as per the JDs. A pakka Fake organization. So please don't join the firm , if you want to keep yourself happy.

Good working environment, staff friendly manner, Cared staff strongly even at this pandemic situation, Lot of chances to enhance both the personal and career goals, Management has a keen thirst on innovative and new ideas.

Dislikes

Lack of market research and planning in implementing new strategies. Else everything seems good.
