If you are critical resource then definitely you will get good hikes. In terms of job security - when i was there - "They said to one employee to search other job". But apart from that case i never heard this type of thing. Career growth & Opportunities you will get there. If everything is good then you can get onsite opportunity as well.

Office environment is quite pleasant. As fresher I have joined here and learnt many things from here. Work culture is awsome. Management policies are also too good. Anyone can learn much from here.

Nothing dislike but the person will grow by technical, but by growing the experience employees should have communication, here only the problem with communication skill.
