No work culture. Higher management just push the people to deliver the work to their host offices. No support. They do not care if the people are dying means working till night 11. They just want to make their support office happy. Work also is not of good quality. Only if you are from modeling team then fine otherwise waste to join this organisation.

...o the work is excellent. My Role model is our site manager for his encoragement.Salary is satisified in that time. trainning period of my site is excellent, i have learn a plenty of things, mainly time saving, problem sloving, attacement to teammates, etc.

i dislike the on my company in job security

They allowed us to work from home to mitigate lockdown situation . Later , we were asked to work from office and they ensured Sanitisation measures and provided Santizers for safe working practice. And, updating us on the Covid 19 conditions on weekly basis.

Likes

Working with MW Group was a fantastic experience where I learned to be the game learner not the leader the superior taught me how to tackle the difficultys and suation where we had to hit the target.Saftey was the outmost proierity.
