New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. If you are a fresher you can learn by observation in site and no one tells anything.

1) Timings :- you need to be at site at 8:30 a.m. it doesn't matter how long your house and you will leave at 7:30 p.m. 2) Workload 3) zero (0) safety measurements 4) Respect will not be there to engineer 5) you need to work throughout week, no holiday 6) only 2 holiday by requesting project manager 7) sometimes you need to be 24 hours at site
