Worst management, poor HR policy, everything will be linked to your salary. For every reason, they will threaten the employee by giving memos (which happens even because of mismanagement at higher level). Employees will be treated very badly. The only work here is to update attendance register and marks register. No scope for either teaching or research. But management expects to do wonders without giving a confidence on job security. Hence, this college is known for attrition. L

right place to learn and stand by. Chairman, Principal and vice principal are good.

compensation is ok, but growth level is slow. The work pressure is high. Employees are not get other benefits like transportation, perks etc...

I am happy about only a single fact that we get the salary without any fail. The reason I continued to work was because of some colleagues who understand our difficulties, with the work and the work environment and guided me to overcome it.

Sorry to say, but there were huge shortage of staff, which overburdened the remaining employees.there is too much of work pressure, not for all, but for those who are not the favorite of the college principal. She shows too much of partiality and takes her personal grudge on us.our hard work is never recognized. The HR policy also such that, we will go for LOP.To sum up, I was totally disappointed with my experience and would not suggest this place for anyone.

There's nothing to like about that college. Please don't get a job in MVJ. They harrassing their employees

... do your homework before getting into trouble. Stay unemployed than going there. They'll stop giving you salary and would ask you money in return of your degree certificates

Worst workplace i have ever seen in my life. .... Every time people worried on their job security... There is no respect to the people ........... Harassing mentally by management and leadership on daily basis.... Kindly think 100 times before joining here , there some thing called 'life' which is missing here, some time money has less value against to work culture.
