Over all I was very satisfied during the working there.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 12 to 15 hours straight in a day.I have to attend clients call at night.

Its wonderfull three years which i have crossed in my whole career. Friendly managers and collegues. Open to speak about your ideas and sharing knowledge. Bosses are never behave as boss, they are all great leaders. Work culture and atmosphere which i love the most.

Dislikes

Salary is not competative with current market branded hotels. But you can work peacefully if u play your role exactly.

there are 30 + varieties of ice cream all are import from swisszer land all are nice

in india nectar hospitality manage all the management of human resourse they eat all epf esi fund bonus service charge etceptra aswell as your last month sallary h.r. bhavna sharma and operation management keep my last month sallary and they dont provide any exp letter etc....they all are bunch of crooks.

...estaurant in India, not in a hotel. But when I switched my job from Movenpick. Company management didn't give me my salary, service charge and after working for 4 years in a same company like Movenpick They was unavailable to give any types of experience later or anything else...

...to learn and develop my skills. I have worked from 2003-2016 in this property. Good salary with other benefits and working with different nationalities like a team with lot of fun. Management is very helpful in everything for employees. If I get an opportunity I will join this property again because it's like my second home.
