M.v mobility Till the time their work will remain with you, they will not pay your salary as if they have fired you or they have fired you from the job and are not even paying your salary..I have not given my salary for 3 months.

No job surety , No System in company , No working culture in company , Localities will not let you survive , management itself involve in financial frauds , no actual company records available .
