Support to employees Covid was testing for all of us. company not only paid full salary, but considered increments as well. Cook was engaged inside factory for cooking for the Labour class not have regular income for feeding themselves and their family.

i do not find anything to dislike about Muvtons. I feel happy working for the company hence worked for so many year and still on board.

...ortive and management is transparent. There is good cafeteria and books to read. Company policy are good & they give good salary hike. Every employee get free food, that's why company management owes a great respect as well.

Nothing is bad..... But I suggest that a dojo area can be great initiative for new joinees.

Ms, Anjali CHRO is not understanding with employees as well as College's, every time she is find disadvantage and put into management. As a CHRO she has to understand the and give the guidance to teams as well as College's. Due to dis lady I lost my job. And so many nagative things move to management. Last 1 years I was worked and there is no issue. She is not a good leader only moving the chatarpar isder se uder. In muvtons no getting good sound.

Don't See any downside, as i have been quite happy interacting with seniors who are quite cooperative, peer group with whom i interact without any hesitation. Overall a collaborative working experience at muvtons
