Likes

1. Mutual Mobile is a great company for Intermediate guys to grow. 2. Ability to interact with cross- functional team which improves the overall idea and knowledge of the product that we are working on. 3. Friendly and IMPORTANTLY very helpful colleagues. Sure it is a great connection between teams. 4. We can definitely improve our productivity.

Dislikes

This cannot be a dislike but suggestion maybe: 1. Could have days like "Fun fridays".

Everything about Mutual Mobile was 10/10. Be it the learnings, company culture, work-life balance, etc.

Dislikes

Recently Mutual Mobile was acquired by Grid Dynamics. Since then there have been layoffs, Job-insecurities, No Appraisals, killing WFH culture, and miscommunication with what's up with the management side. I am getting all sorts of negative feedback about Grid Dynamics. Like they are a target-centric organization, They won't care about their employees.

Although Mutual Mobile doesn't exist anymore, but my experience so far has been very fulfilling because of the impeccable mentorship and peer support I got here. The company also promoted junior developers communicating directly with the client so they could acquire some real life skills. Hackathons and healthy competition was another plus. Basically having good people around you makes you better automagically.
