Worst company to work with. No value of work. They don't give daily allowance to sales person on time. Guys please don't work here even if they hire you.

Very bad exp. to work with non-professional Top Management, i.e. CFO, Directors etc. Only politics to run company, its not company its like lala company. Only hiring is motto on every month, not a single person satisfied in company. No job security, even HR staff change in every 6 month. Company policy change every week. no work cultute.

...change in every 6 month. Company policy also change every week. no work culture. even not paid salary on time. The work pressure is very high. no induction/training.

...ive. Company policies are good, but need to some policies which helps employees. At lockdown time they gave sufficient salary (some% of ammount cutting).

As usual as other company they looks company benifits than employees satisfaction.

...elf as a professional. All teammates & trainer are polit and having good naturs. Salary package is very good.

There is only one problem, the shift is completely of 12 hours.

Not having good vibe here, if you want to grow then stay away from this company, otherwise your life become hell, and your skill go down automatically.
