New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Salary increment & Promotion. Despite working at MCSL for the past 5 years, some senior staff is receiving the an equal or lower salary compared to the salary given to the new joiners, despite having the same work role. No work life balance. Requires to Work till midnight is an usual act.

Lot of paper work And no increments career growth is slow People If ur young don't join if ur age is 45 and still u want to work then go head perfect job for those people and they will never address our issue TPP will be biggest enemy Lot of politics very poor in digitalization ,long process if get into MPG just u will feel like ur still in 1990's

Very less pay and compensation, except that Orion application team all other team members are good, for biotechnology students they normally give software engineer roles, for M. Tech graduates they use to give support role in non technical side, because their standards are like that, substandard company in technopark trivandrum
