Nothing everything is mismanaged, zero support from all areas be it regional office, corporate office or branch level.. no body talks about the product except gold loan even after putting all the efforts and telling people 100 times no positive response and the culture is worst imagine working in a company where there is no support and you being at peak of your efforts not getting recognition.

...out the company never ever join this organisation else you make your life hell.. zero support from everywhere people get frustrated, salary gets hold and they don't have manners to talk even also so much pressure is given for business and corporate office only says it's not our fault if you are not getting support. Just disgusting.. worst system, worst management, worst place to work You have to visit the branches every of muthoot finance and get the business but believe me no branch is talking about the product no staff talks about product, only talks about gold loan growth nothing else Harassment is on peak

The company needs only work from u, u can't gets any benifts from the company like medical insurance, salary hike etc nothing will provide to the employees Even I was met with an car accident i was in medical leave all the company staffs ask me how accident done, y u went there asking non sense questions instant of asking take care boy get soon we'll we will accept ur medical and we will pay u salary nu sollala..... So only i resign my job Thank u

Work life balance is the only thing which is good in this company.

They does not give our hard earned incentives and also their is no Structure or norms in which company can work on addition worst HR and management.

This company gives us space to deliver and develop ourselves. Various employee friendly schemes make us to stick along with the company. Diversification of various departments give us the opportunity to change roles if needed.

Dislikes

Sales Training has to be more professional and refreshment training is also needed. As per industry standards pay is little bit lowered
