Company always play safe game towards itself everything positive done by the employee is counted in company's growth but if the same changes in reverse then get ready to pay for it ur incentives will be nullified ur salary will go through a deduction of fixed amount. 6. At the end if u taking an risk for the company then get ready to pay for it.

No work pressure fully relaxation, branch is just like your home .. Anything do there,(eat,sleep,go outside) no one is present to interrupting you

This is the number one cost cutting company, their is no life for future and bottom line of staff do every work like sale and operation and aslo sales like mutual fund and diffirenciate between metro and onmetro salary.
