Rate of interest to be change in one month the customers who not because every customer not able to pay every month continuously . so give some relaxation for 3 months once compulsory..

I have one year experience in this company what have seen is alot of politics in this area company say target some but they give add some other targets here higher official are not good that why we are suffering lot sir.

I had the worst experience of working in this company. No job security, no compensation,no company ethics, not following any rules related to employee job satisfaction,no salary structure. All are the Boss of the company. Salary cuts without intimation and without any reason. I won't advise anyone to waste his/her precious time in this company. Rather, I would suggest to sell vegetables than working in this company. This company is full of nasty politics .

Good work experience. Teammates are supportive but seniors are not supportive including HR department. Company policies are good appraisal are not fair they give but very long time.

There is a lot of politics this is true. Management doesn't intrested our issues. Salary and career not growth in this company.

The work culture and environment of the company which is very good compared to other one company and policies also I have an my own experience about this company for 3 year which is very good !

I had given my 3 year to the company but here salary and career growth and opportunity is too slow which doesn't get the chance to growth career !
