This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. Work environment is good. Work life balance is good. Salary is satisfying and seniors are supportive. Best for career oriented person.

COVID period I am pregnancy in 8th month.that time I am suffer COVID symptom.but they are not even given a single day leave. I manage and put a hard work in that time.no increment my survey period.
