No holidays on second Saturday but given to other firms of muthoot New comers are given salary hike, but not given to old staff for same post. Experience and years working in same company should be honoured and paid more.

Muthoot Fincorp ltd ...is a growing company. Secure branch atmosphere. Satisfaction is important than anything when you do a job. I like my job and I am happy to do my work.

...ause money is not the only thing that makes people stay back in an organisation. Apart from good pay u need to provide them 3 things. 1. Give responsibilities to people that help them expand their skill set. 2 Recognition... just around of applause&prasing people makes them feel valued. Assures them that their efforts are being seen..Celebrate people, It goes long way. 3 Respect...If you disrespect people nobody is going to stay with you. High performing talent, as they know their value in the market.. Organisation have to concentrate these things and maintain a fearless and friendship atmosphere. It build mutual trust between employees and organisation.

Not employee friendly, poor salary structure, make employee uncomfirtable, 99% of our employees are not satisfied.

Gets freedom to execute. Generally they take only mediocre talent in all level. So senior management does not have bandwidth to review everything.

...ning. If you are lucky and get a good manager then good to stay for long period. Salary growth and peace of mind depends on manager.

No support or respect for support verticles. Salary will be the lowest as per the market standard or industry. Had to report office at sharp 9:30 AM morning and late night sittings. No week off in last 10 days of months. you have to work on Sundays also.
