This is a good company for work. We have the job security for all staff. And good office time.

Rate of interest to be change in one month the customers who not because every customer not able to pay every month continuously . so give some relaxation for 3 months once compulsory..

I have one year experience in this company what have seen is alot of politics in this area company say target some but they give add some other targets here higher official are not good that why we are suffering lot sir.

Good work experience. Teammates are supportive but seniors are not supportive including HR department. Company policies are good appraisal are not fair they give but very long time.

There is a lot of politics this is true. Management doesn't intrested our issues. Salary and career not growth in this company.

Yes Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No support or respect for support verticles. Salary will be the lowest as per the market standard or industry. Had to report office at sharp 9:30 AM morning and late night sittings. No week off in last 10 days of months. you have to work on Sundays also.
