Our company environment is excellent, but our Area Manager's abusive language and sales driven approach compromise our well-being and role clarity. As Customer Service Executives, we're expected to focus on sales 90%, conflicting with our core responsibilities. We need support to address these issues and align our roles with customer service goals

Good for timing Male and Female staff. Salary Incentive and Bonus credited on time.

Some 10 years Experienced staff not Alloted shares, Need extra Benifit Rewards for Working long term Employees.. Leave will not get Easily for staff.. Like staffing Issue Here only BM select the staff then forward to HR need to change policy... HR conduct compus Interview then provide staff for Branch... Because we have lot of work not concentrate find out the candidate.

Less growth as many employees are in lower management even after spending 10+ years in the company. Less support department employees head count to coordinate with big number of employees pool.
